Travel Fee $75+
To keep things simple and transparent, we charge a flat $75 travel fee for on-location services within 50 miles of Dallas, TX. For locations beyond that, it’s just an additional $0.75 per mile. This helps cover our artists’ travel time and expenses, and the fee applies per artist.
Parking Fee - Per Artist
Any required parking fees—whether self-parking or valet—will need to be covered in advance or on the day of the wedding. This ensures our artists can unload kits and chairs easily and arrive on time, keeping your day running smoothly.
Early Riser $75
For those bright-and-early mornings, we offer an Early Riser service. Any start time before 8 AM includes a small per-artist early call fee.
Multiple Location Fee $60
If our artists need to move between locations during prep or for touch-ups, this fee covers the time and effort required to pack and transport their kit.
Collaboration Fee $60
We love being your exclusive hair and makeup team on your big day! This fee applies if we are working alongside other artists or beauty teams.
Holiday Fee $150
If your wedding falls on a holiday, an additional fee of $125 per artist will apply. This includes New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
Touch Up $150 (Per Hour / Per Artist)
We know how important it is to look flawless all day! If you’d like an artist available for touch-ups between getting ready, your first look, the ceremony, or even throughout the reception, we’re happy to stay or send someone to you. This service is subject to artist availability.
